FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent, fair, and based on the type of notarization, travel distance for mobile appointments, and any after-hours or rush service requests. Online notarizations are priced separately based on state-approved guidelines and platform requirements. I always confirm the total cost upfront before the appointment, so there are no surprises. Discounts may be available for multiple documents, repeat clients, seniors, and businesses needing ongoing notary services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and convenient. First, the customer contacts me by phone, text, or online to discuss the document(s) they need notarized. I confirm whether the notarization can be completed in person or online, review ID requirements, and schedule a time that works best. For mobile appointments, I travel to the customer’s location. For online notarizations, I provide the secure link and instructions. At the appointment, I verify identity, witness signatures if needed, complete the notarization, and make sure everything is done accurately and professionally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned notary public, RON-certified, and a Certified Signing Agent with training in proper notarial procedures, loan signing documents, identity verification, and compliance with state laws for both mobile and online notarizations. I stay current on notary regulations, remote online notarization requirements, and industry best practices to ensure every notarization and loan signing is completed accurately, legally, and professionally. My goal is to provide reliable, secure, and convenient service while protecting my clients’ important documents and personal information.
