I am LOVING Ana. My first session went great and I can't wait to go to the rest! She really cares about you, your goals, and wants to help you achieve it. She's so motivational. Since even before hiring her, she was so welcoming and encouraging. She texts you to remind you to do an exercise that day if you aren't meeting, makes sure it's not too painful for you but just enough of a challenge for you to bare. She also helps you plan what to eat and what would be good substitutes for the things you eat now. I am beyond glad I have found her. It's my first time using this site and I'm glad I hit the lottery with her. I can't wait for our future sessions and achieving my goals, all thanks to this amazing woman!

A friend and I are currently working with Ana. She works with you on what you want to fix/adjust, and she does it in a way that will benefit you best. By far, she is the most helpful and accommodating trainer I have met. Our workouts are personalized to target specific areas of interest, and they are fun to do. I highly recommend Ana!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have several different payment plans depending on how many sessions you are trying to buy. I'm also able to reduce a cost a little if I don't have to travel too far.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first time we have a session it is always an assessment type of workout. I will take the measurements of your body, talk about short and long term goals, find out about your physical and medical conditions if there are any. I will make sure that we both agree on your fitness goals and design initial workout program as well as strategic long term plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am ACE and AAAI/ISMA certified personal master trainer. These are ones of the world's most recognizable certifications in fitness industry. I also constantly educate myself by reading related books and articles. I am very passionate about nutritional aspect of healthy living and I believe that you GAIN MUSCLE IN THE GYM, BUT YOU LOSE WEIGHT IN THE KITCHEN. This is why you will get a lot of nutritional tips that will help you reach your goals much faster!
