- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each new job is priced individually with a visual inspection (photos/video usually are all we need) and measurement. Please send us some pictures or a video walkthrough of your project with your request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) First, we request that you send us some photos/video of the areas/items that you'd like us to quote along with a brief description of what you'd like done. 2) Next, we'll set up a time to have a 10-15 minute phone call to clarify what you would like to have done and answer any of your questions. We can provide you with pricing on this call.
