Matt has produced two training videos for my hypnosis classes. On the first one I made a rookie mistake with my audio such that you could barely hear the demo volunteer; Matt listened to it painstakingly and actually close-captioned it so I could still use it for classes. I appreciated that a lot, and Matt has earned all my future business.
