Their assessment was extreme, estimating a project cost of $30,000-$40,000. In the end we hired a structural engineer and mason for a total of $600.Oct 16, 2015Verified
From the initial contact to the final installation Aquaguard Waterproofing was first rate. They contacted us within 1 hour of our request and was out to look at our problem within 24 hours. We had many other estimates and we selected them as our basement repair company. The men that came to our house were awesome and talked us through the entire process. We will use them again and let everyone know how well they helped us with our basement issues.Sep 30, 2019Verified
We requested an inspection from Aquaguard. They were prompt and responsive. We did not end up needing any work but would have gladly used them.May 1, 2019VerifiedAquaguard Waterproofing "The Trusted Name in Waterproofing"'s reply
Thank you for the outstanding review and please reach out to us in the future if you need our services.
The sales rep was deceitful. Tried name dropping, saying if we paid more we’d get the “head of the line privileges.” When we agreed on the work and cost. Tried writing the estimate for twice as much as the agreed on amount. Will never use this company and would strongly discourage anyone else from using them. If I could give zero stars I would.May 24, 2019VerifiedAquaguard Waterproofing "The Trusted Name in Waterproofing"'s reply
We reached out to this member and reviewed their experience, which was less than favorable. Anytime we receive a low star rating Aquaguard takes it seriously and learns from the mistake to make us better. We appreciate that the thumbtack member provided feedback and thanked them for talking with us after the fact. Gary Macdonald Manager
