Straight-forward sales experience. Showed up on time, reviewed the problem, asked me what I ultimately wanted to accomplish as there were several ways to address the problem. Very good experience. My inspector was great. Only company to come out the SAME DAY. Very honest and candid inspector. Didn't try to sell me on solutions that I don't need and offered honest solutions that may work to solve the leak on my basement. No PowerPoints or excel spreadsheets to look at. Straightforward people and down to the point. Can't ask for much more.

We set appointments with all of our clients to survey your basement and provide a free estimate with no obligations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call we provide free basement inspections and estimates with no obligations at all. Your foundation will be inspected for leaks and cracks to ascertain the source of wetness, after which our foundation contractors will develop a custom waterproofing solution for your basement. Our manufacturer’s product warranties are substantive and service warranties go for a lifetime! Contact us now for a sound and dry basement!
