- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
talking about the project, meeting in person & on-site with client, going over the drawings/plans (if available), talking more about wants/needs to be incorporated into project, making sure the budget will work with expectations, more talking if necessary....and if an agreement is reached... delivering quality & value, guaranteed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in a wood shop. my father is a master carpenter.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All of them. From interior designers who knew exactly what they wanted, to clients that didn't know the first thing about anything.
