******* UPDATE. *******The owner of One Hour Heating tracked me down based on my negative post (see below).Though out our discussion he apologized for the response I received. Owner nicely explained he will use my incident as a retraining to the staff to require a positive customer result in the customer getting the correct response.Owner took the time to explain he also was not notified of my call/incident and again assured me he would evaluate the communication he requires of his staff.Again the Owner apologized and after discussing the work performed and reviewed the completed work order, he will stand behind his employee work performed.After speaking to this company Owner, I am assured One Hour Heating is owned and managed by a leader.I will definitely recommend this company and the services knowing this gentleman is a servant leader at the helm......................END..........................Secured One Hour Heating to do a furnace tune-up in late 10/2021. Rep arrives to our seasonal home and leaves after a very short stay.My wife who is staying for 2 days, call me at 7:30pm and says the heat is not turning on (no heat).I have her verify propane in outside tank is fine (60%).I call the company and advise the employee (not service) that the rep who came out and worked on our system did something that now prevented my mint 4 year old high efficiency furnace & A/C to cease working.I asked they send out a repair rep as the temperature was to low and my wife had no heat and was to cold in the home.Rather, I was 'read' a company policy that said......when they arrive and if it is found the failure to operate or start the furnace was due to another issue unrelated to the service I just received hours prior, that I would be required to pay an additional $80.00 plus any cost of required parts......REALLY???!Exactly what a new customer wants to hear......perfect new working system for 4 years and the day One Hour Heating comes out my furnace stops working.....I explained the same thing and told by the young female employee on the phone, it made no difference they were NOT coming out tonight.They refused to send someone out that evening and in turn secured a possible opening to look at our problem in two days......YOUR KIDDING RIGHT...in two more days??!.....No they were not.Once company repairman did arrive, I was called and told.....yeah the previous repairman failed to turn the gas back on at the furnace he turns off as part of service.......NO KIDDING???!!Never got a call back from company manager, owner of company.....guess who else won't be calling.......this company back again for service??!!This company is NOT customer service focused throughout......that a potential customer can count on!!!

I think these guys are one of the most professional. They do very good work, they show up on time and do what they say they are going to do. I would refer them (and have) to anyone who wants a quality service.
