Chef Carolina was absolutely amazing to work with. I hired her to cook for my weekend women’s retreat and she did not disappoint! The food was amazing and everyone loved it. The amount of joy and love she puts into her craft is so beautiful! I will 100% be reaching out again for my next event!

Between her professionalism and grace in cooking delicious, well thought out food and her beautifully comforting personality, she absolutely sets the bar high for future chefs being hired by anyone who has hired her. She was not only able to have us taste fantastic food crafted by her hands while we watched, but also made it possible for us to EXPERIENCE it as well. With each dish having a memorable story behind it, she made our evening magically delightful.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the delicious meals prepared by Carolina Carvajal when I attended an all Women’s in-person weekend retreat in Berlin, Maryland. Every single meal prepared by Carolina and her team was so delicious and tasty, including the meals and desserts that were gluten-free and dairy-free!. Absolutely loved her Red Snapper dish! Highly recommend Carolina as she is so hospitable, warm, and caring. Definitely felt her love and passion in her food.

First time with a private chef and she nailed it. Everything was perfectly seasoned and she worked with my wife and I on a menu that satisfied both our pallets. Delicious meal!

Carolina was so sweet, attentive and listened to my needs and requests. She is very flexible and was able to quickly accommodate change. We loved the food she prepared and I would hire her again in a heartbeat! Very down to earth and talented!
