I posted my request for service on my failing LG refrigerator and received a response in 5 minutes. They told me I could schedule a service call same day. Yuri wrote me around 10am to let me know he would be at my home by 11:40am. He arrived on time and prepared to diagnose the issue. He identified the compressor as the issue, letting us know it was on its last legs and wouldn’t last but a few more days. He explained what was needed to get the fridge working optimally again, even offered to drive to Frederick to pick up the part. Unfortunately the store didn’t have the part and he drove all the way to Virginia to get the right part, staying until 8pm working to get the fridge fixed so our food wouldn’t spoil. (He definitely earned his overtime today!) I’m very pleased with Yuri, the fridge works wonderfully. As a plus, my Russian wife enjoyed speaking with him in her native language. Yuri is A+. The price was not too expensive, $500 for labor, but my guy was working on the fridge for 9 hours overall. I’m happy.

Contacted them via the app and they called me within minutes and arrived in just a little over an hour. Fixed broken bracket on dishwasher and made sure unit door closed properly and didn’t leak. They were wrapped up and finished the job in under 45 minutes! Awesome service! Will definitely call them back again if I need any appliance repairs!!!
