Excellent Job. They sent Kostiantyn back to replace a control board after he made the initial diagnosis on my older washing machine. After some complications with the control board needing to be calibrated, Kostiantyn got it dialed into the right settings. He didn’t leave until it was working properly. And it appears to be working properly. If it has issues in the future, I’d expect it to be an issue with the control board and not Kostiantyns work. These boards are made overseas and shipped here and occasionally have issues.

I had a great experience with this company for my ice maker repair. Our refrigerator stopped making ice and technician Kas quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it the next visit. He was professional and honest. Explained everything clearly. I will definitely hire Intertech again for any future appliance repair needs.

Kas is amazing. Other repair people had told us our washer needed to be replaced. Kas found the problem, fixed it and assured us that there are many years of use left in this washer. He did excellent, efficient work in the most pleasant manner. He certainly has many highest recommendation!
