Service was immediate! Collins stopped by within an hour. My call was for a clogged dishwasher. He came in very professional. My repair was completed quickly. I will definitely keep them in mind for future repairs. Also very reasonable!

Steps Appliance is quick to respond and takes care of matters on sight if they are able. I have used them before and they make their appointments within a day or two of calling to schedule. They also give a detailed invoice of the problem and tell you up front if the appliance is worth fixing or not.

Quite pleased. The company responded quickly to our request for service and were able to come and fix our refrigerator two whole weeks sooner than the other company that was willing to fix a Samsung refrigerator. The technician arrived on time (early, actually, but he called first to make sure it was okay) and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He ordered parts and fixed our refrigerator three days later, as soon as the parts came in. He was respectful of our house and our health and was as polite as could be. As a bonus, the repair cost 20% less than I had expected. I would definitely recommend Steps.
