Pending project type and case by case, the price could be an either a lumpsum or an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. An initial discussion with the client to learn more about the projects, the client's objectives to establish the scope of work. 2. A Proposal is sent to the client to get the project running. 3. Design and development of the project to meet the client's vision and expectation 4. Collaboration with other parties for successful deliverable.

Master of Architecture Registered Architect +10 years of experience in Architecture, including 8 years in Hospitality (Hotel, Food&Beverage, Residencital, Mixed-use)
