- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive since we don't have an expensive showroom. You are not required to purchase all of your fixtures and tile from us with a heavy mark-up. Instead, we can refer you to several showrooms where we have accounts (with our discounted pricing) or your local home improvement stores. We have recommended lenders for you if you would like to finance your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first part of the process is to listen. We want to know your vision and desires first. Then, we will make suggestions based on that information. This is a team effort. When we sign a contract, we want it to be final. We want to be on autopilot when we start your project. We are highly organized with decades of experience. Communication is extremely important. We will be in constant contact with you via phone, email, or text. You will have a schedule for your project. You'll be updated immediately when there is a change. You won't be wondering if someone is coming today.

25 years of experience remodeling basements and bathrooms. We've done more than $60 million in business. We've designed and remodeled hundreds of bathrooms.
