I contacted BBE because I was worried that we might be dealing with a bed bug problem. I sent Dori a few pictures, and she took the time to carefully look them over and identify what we were actually seeing. She confirmed that they were German cockroaches, which was a huge relief to know. Dori was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the conversation, and I really appreciated how quickly she helped clear up our concerns. Great service, the staff was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Most general pest control companies, just do not really understand bed bugs, they are very different from most other bugs.
