My quote is an all inclusive price: it includes all logistical planning and organization for your wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception
including décor, centerpieces, setup items, teardown and much more. Also, I can provide other services as needed (for example: vendor recommendations, contract negotiations, venue selections and guest support).

I’m so grateful for Carrie and all her help as our day-of wedding coordinator! Leading up to the wedding, I was really stressed since we were doing everything on our own, but having Carrie there on the big day made such a huge difference. She made sure every last-minute detail was taken care of, the decorations were set up beautifully, and the entire timeline ran smoothly. Any unexpected issues that came up were handled quickly and professionally. It was such a relief to know someone was there making sure everything was perfect so we could fully enjoy our special day. Carrie was amazing! My wedding vision came to life thanks to her. She was extremely organized, responsive, and detail-oriented. She came prepared with things I never thought of and asked important questions to understand what I was trying to plan for the day. My wedding was perfect and everything I could have wanted and more. From the beginning, Carrie’s ultimate goal was to provide me and my fiancé with a stress free wedding experience. She exceeded our expectations. She was our eyes and ears for the day; taking care of everything to include setup, breakdown and everything in between. She perfected our timeline to ensure everything ran smoothly, which it did! After our wedding we decided to donate our flowers to a local hospital and Carrie hand delivered them, the following day! Thank you Carrie for everything! We couldn’t have done it without you.
Carrie was absolutely amazing. She created a wonderful time schedule for my wedding she was there before it started and after it ended. She made sure we received all our belongings. She even helped us during our rehearsal. I definitely recommended her because of her it went more smoothly than I imagined. She also will help decorate and make sure everything is completely taking down she even cut our fruit ip for cocktail hour and set it out for the guess along with cheese and crackers I give her a 10 out of 10 I appreciate her so much glad we hired her. We we didn't have to do anything. She is willing to help a lot
Carrie was great! We had a very unconventional wedding - and she didn't miss a beat in helping us pull off a marvelous day. She started us off with a thorough questionnaire that helped us make sure we had the right plan in place and good contingencies set. She eventhelped us fix a few gaps in our plan we didn't know existed. Then she made the day of our wedding smooth and pain free. Thank you Carrie! Would recommend to others!
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is a fixed payment as I do not charge by the hour. My price ranges depending on the client's budget and services needed. My quote changes depending on the customer’s needs, traveling expenses, assistant(s) if needed and managing the rehearsal. I also offer planning options as a monthly payment plan if needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer either meeting them face to face or via the phone. This is the best way for us to communicate your expectations and the services that I can assist and provide for you. Once we meet, I go over your expectations and vision for your wedding day and the services I can provide for you and how I can bring your vision to reality.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an event management certification from George Washington University. I also have over ten years of day of wedding coordination experience working with two wedding service companies as an Assistant Coordinator or the Head Coordinator managing my own weddings
