- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Good mutual understanding is the key to client satisfaction. That's why first I try to have good understanding of which product am I dealing with by asking the customer photo or link of the product to be assembled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I own Project Management Certification. PMP. It is very demanding and valued certification around the world and encompasses management of the large and small projects.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was a pro, I used to work with him years and eventually opened my own business.
