Richard responded with a call/estimate within minutes of my post on Thumbtack and came to replace the broken spring of my garage opener same day at a time that was convenient for me. Quick and easy! He also warned me not to try opening the garage door after the spring broke (before he came) to prevent the opener motor from breaking. Very helpful. Garage door opener works now without issues.

He looked at the garage problem we had, and knew what he needed to do to fix it and he fixed it right on the stop and he also educated me about other problems that our garage is causing due to the type of garage that we have.
