Richard called me immediately after I connected via Thumbtack and was able to come out the same day. He assessed the issue, provided his service recommendations, and gave me a quote range. He came back 3 days later to perform the work after obtaining the necessary parts. The job was challenging as my garage door was an original wood door that was not a custom size. Richard was able to install new parts (rollers, tortion, and a new garage door opener with keypad), replace broken parts (plates, rollers). His communication was proactive, prices were reasonable and he performed quality work. He also walked me through the repair and the new functionality of the door. I highly recommend R&M Garage Doors.

He walked me through the problems that he was seeing and how we could resolve them and also looking ahead to future maintenance. He stayed late on a Saturday and completely fixed our garage door.
