Where do I start, Richard was simply fantastic! He came out same day, or should I say night, on a super chilly night in my dark alley in DC. I was impressed by his knowledge as he mentioned what it could be based on what details I had given him, and my “smart” garage door and app mentioned the things he said but I knew it was something more involved as I am handy and knew it was something worse. He spent the time to find the root cause and fixed it! I’ve had different folks come out over the years for what I thought was just a busted garage door, but he found the root cause and fixed it for good! It is working better than day 1, no exaggeration! He takes pride in his work and glad I came across him! You won’t be disappointed, he communicated everything and saved me a more than a more expensive repair that I’m confident other contractors would have steered me towards based on my complex issue. Saving his number for sure!
