What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your system’s size plays a big factor in how much you pay overall. Most residential solar panel systems are between 4.5 kW and 12 kW. Where you live, how efficient your panels are and whether you buy a storage battery also affect the overall price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You must own your home.
Have a copy of recent electric bill.
Have at least 650 credit score.
Once we have gathered the above information a proposal is put together. We will then walk thru the proposal with you making any necessary adjustments as needed. Once this is done we get you pre approved (2 minutes) and sign all paperwork needed.
