Loved working with Jon and his team. I wanted to soundproof a room (incredibly difficult to do well) and he and I talked for at least 30 minutes during our consult about how to handle it, demonstrating he understood the complexity of the job. He sent me quotes which were easy to pick and choose which sub-items I wanted to do. As I was determining what I wanted to do, we texted back and forth for a number of days. We shared links, images and discussed overall what we wanted to do. Once I determined what work to do, we quickly moved to choose a date to start work. The day the work started, contracts who worked under him were at first a bit confused as to what needed to be done. I called him up and we immediately sorted things out so they could do the work as originally agreed on. Mid construction, we found that the walls were not already insulated as I thought. He gave me a fair quote to add the additional material and labor, I approved it, and the work continued. Within 2 days, all the work was done exactly as quoted - convert a single stud wall to a double stud wall with double drywall (unpainted), re-done baseboards, and re-done window-sills. If I want to continue to do soundproofing work in my house (I live near a freight train so things can get LOUD), Jon and Hydris are going to be my first stop.

Hydris renovated two bathrooms for us top to bottom and we are very happy with the results. The workmanship was top notch, they followed our design to a Tee and they worked with professionalism. When one of the heated floors malfunctioned after everything was done, Jon replaced it completely at no charge. The work is great and they work with integrity. We will be using them again for renovation projects.
