- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very reasonable and will work with their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation; discussing how they generally like to wear their hair. Suggesting to them styles I feel would be a good fit for them. Ultimately it is the customer’s decision on how they want their hair, and I cut and style to their desire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Three years of training in hair design prior to becoming a professional. Sassoon Academy NYC. Paul Mitchell School of Hair.
