Leone and his team did great work. They took floors that had been carpeted for 40+ years - covered with carpet padding residue - and transformed them into what I can only describe as something brand new. Wow. Strongly recommended. (We had a little bit of back and forth on scheduling the start date, but, hey, he's busy. Why work with someone who's not?) Good communication, good pricing for effort / time / results.) Will work with him again.

Leone was great from the very start! He helped me in a pinch when I purchased my condo and had to move in the week after; but wanted to freshen up the place before moving in. During the estimate he communicated the work to be done, let me know that the floors just needed a buff and coat (instead of sanding), and provided a great quote for the work to be done. I had him come in with my painting team so they could both coordinate timing and scheduling to get the work done before I move in. Overall, great experience with Leone, and I'll definitely be calling him in the future with any of my flooring needs!

We were on a short clock with a lot of distractions. Leone and his people showed up when promised, did an incredible job and cleanup up after themselves as if they had never been there. We have a new flooring company in our Rolodex.

I needed half of my floors resanded and I wanted the colors to match. Leone did a great job making the colors match pretty closely. He was prompt. Initially I was a bit worried because I saw some negative reviews. However none of the negative reviews was about the quality of his work. Leone came when he said he would (maybe an hour later than planned in some cases but I understand life happens) and made the floors match. Leone was also very communicative and responded promptly when I asked questions via text. The first photo was before the work started. There were visible lines in the floor which was annoying. The second photo is about 14 hours after the final coat of sealer was applied and the floors look much better now.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I enjoy being able to manage the workflow of my business. Owning a flooring business is incredibly challenging, yet I believe it is a very good opportunity in to gain business skills in a demanding industry, and create an enterprise.
