- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We receive clients request via Thumbtack & request for specifics of the job. 2. We ask to speak to client to get an understanding of what exactly they’re looking for & how we can mitigate & meet client’s expectations. 3. We speak or chat with client to gather proper information & provide accurate estimate based on the information provided by our client. 4. Client chooses a day & time that best work for them, we ensure our availability & book the job. 5. Our team arrives at the job site they do a quick walkthrough to ensure the previous estimate that we gave the client will suffice or need adjusting based on the complexity of the job. 6. We begin to work diligently to complete the job & ensure our client is happy.
