- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size and condition of the home, the frequency of service, and the specific cleaning needs of each client. We provide upfront, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Recurring clients receive preferred rates compared to one-time cleanings. We are fully insured and committed to delivering reliable, high-quality service, so our focus is on value and consistency rather than being the lowest-priced option.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we talk on the phone about the house and the customer hire us we email the customer our service agreement and an invoice for a deposit equal to half the first cleaning. This is so that we save the spot on our schedule. On the day of the cleaning we'll show up rain or shine, fully equipped with the best supplies and equipment to perform a wonderful job.
