Silvia from Olive Green cleaning did a great job on my house! We had kind of let the bathrooms go for a while, so I was nervous about the effort needed to clean them up. But Silvia tackled the bathrooms and made them look nice and new! She was very thorough in the rest of the house and even picked up in places I thought she wouldn’t (my bedroom closet specifically). I would recommend this business.

Dani is a really nice person. Quickly responsive. Fit us into a busy schedule for immediate, next-day service. Took my call on the weekend, at night. Provided an estimate to which she held. Added extra staff to complete the job within a 4-hour work range. Worked around all of our obstacles, primarily owners, 4 kids, and 3 dogs. The work was impeccable. We thought the house was clean before they cleaned, but Olive Green made the house shine. Even others who have come to our since have exclaimed that the house is so clean and beautiful. I had a great 1st experience with this company. They were very easy to coordinate with via text after I placed a request for an estimate through their website.They came short notice (within 4 days of the request) and were great about communicating. They confirmed arrival time and texted questions about the job while at my home.The clean itself was excellent and I will use them again in the future. We have a 3 story town house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size and condition of the home, the frequency of service, and the specific cleaning needs of each client. We provide upfront, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Recurring clients receive preferred rates compared to one-time cleanings. We are fully insured and committed to delivering reliable, high-quality service, so our focus is on value and consistency rather than being the lowest-priced option.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we talk on the phone about the house and the customer hire us we email the customer our service agreement and an invoice for a deposit equal to half the first cleaning. This is so that we save the spot on our schedule. On the day of the cleaning we'll show up rain or shine, fully equipped with the best supplies and equipment to perform a wonderful job.
