I had a good experience with this company. They were friendly and showed up on time. The took away a heavy piano for a reasonable price. I will use them again if I have the need for more junk removal.

I was told one price and when one person did the work 10.15 cents was added. He literally had to just move 4 items not big at all He was late as well

The movers were nice and respectful. However they informed me that they would be late and after accepting the new arrival time, they were still late. During the process of moving the furniture from the basement, around to the front of the house, and into the house, I had requested if we didn’t walk through the garden bed and was told that would be the easier way to move it inside. I was then told that I had catfished the movers because they thought the bookcases were smaller. However, I sent them pictures and the bookcases were almost as tall as the ceiling, so I’m not sure any deception was my fault. I would have told them more about the bookcases but I wasn’t asked and the immediate response to my request for their services was just a confirmation they could move the bookcases. The price was $160 for 2 movers for about 30-40 minutes. Reasonable price.

Showed up on time but charged me more $$ even though one item I wanted to remove could not be taken out. His crew are not able to remove heavy items up a stairwell.

We talk to our customers get an idea what’s need take and except photos , give customers a quote. Put them on our schedule with a booking deposit go out and complete the services on customers selected date and time frame.
