Sussan is a wonderful designer who we have worked with on several occasions. She is very pleasant md easy to work with, and patient in listening to our needs before giving us several options and ideas. I especially appreciated the way in which she was able to use our own pieces and bring in new pieces for a coherent balanced look. We had a certain budget we wanted to stay within and Sussan delivered all the contracting and decorating within budget and on time. The basement remodel she did for us became an important selling point in the house, and we more than recovered our investment.

We had our kitchen completely redesigned and our bedroom closet increased in size. Ultimate Home was such a great "one stop shop". The owners worked closely with us every step of the way, and provided us with honest and professional advise, on design, process and financial (and emotional) aspect of renovations. I wanted Interior Design expertise to help us with ideas of how we could improve the look and feel of our house; not wanting to spend too much, I was hoping for a few hours that would result in guidance on paint colors, what to do for our backsplash, ideas on solving some furniture and layout issues, etc. Sussan came to our home and provided some immediate thoughts and suggestions for us which was helpful. She left to spend further time on our little project, and what I ended up with was a package of ideas around a central theme to help guide us as we go through the process of recarpeting, painting, etc., which will be done over a year or two. It included a small poster with photos of some of the furniture and colors that were recommended, and printouts of pieces of furniture that she'd found online. Finally, she also emailed me links to the items and more, making browsing for furniture and accessories a lot more fun. Now we can keep our 'theme board' in front of us as we invest in new items, and we have concrete plans to work toward. I enjoyed the experience, particularly the "unveiling" of the package she developed. Sussan is very nice, pleasant, and easy to work with. I had a good experience and look forward to our redecorating with the guidance she gave us.
