Introduction: I am a violin and viola teacher who has been teaching in Bethesda, MD, for 17 years now.
I started playing violin at age 6 in a music school. At age 14, I switched to viola and got my bachelor's degree in viola performance.
I love that I am able to teach kids and adults to express themselves through music.

Kela is fantastic! My son was a little intimidated at first and now he has been playing for 5 years. Kela offers excellent instruction in a warm and nurturing way. Kids never feel intimidated by the instrument. Kela is able to bring out the best in her students. We are lucky to have her.
