My name is Chris I run Consistent Fitness. I'm a NASM certified personal trainer and Ann NCI Certified Nutrition Coach based out of Bethesda, Maryland. I train clients and consult on nutrition remotely via Zoom and Online through my coaching app. If you're in my area or not here is what you can expect when we meet remotely via Zoom. I customize all of my workout and nutrition programs based on your needs and goals. A typical Zoom video sessions starts with a 5 minute warm up to get the blood flowing to your muscles. Followed by a 20 minute strength training session. We will end the session off with a 5 minute cool down stretch. After the session is over I typically prescribe a nutrition coaching plan that I will coach you on. Then I will prescribe cardio and strength training workouts (if you feel comfortable) for you to do on via my coaching app to help you maintain your new consistent fitness lifestyle. All of your workouts and nutrition plan are delivered through my convenient workout app that has all of your workouts pre planned out for you with video instructions in case you forget what we did. I always go over all of the strength workouts in person before you try them on your own using the app. It will also have a your customized meal plan to follow and I will communicate with you via the apps in messaging feature, or via text or phone call. If I quoted you on a price and you don't live in my area. It's because I know I can still help you using an exciting new way to deliver personal training that's direct to you wherever you are. It's called Online Personal Training! It's just a little different from my remote training via Zoom. You get all the same stuff you just don't see me on your computer screen several times a week. Online Personal Training can be utilized by anyone, anywhere, offering convenience, responsiveness, flexibility, and affordability. With this new online training platform, I can empower my clients with the same accountability and support that I can in-person. Minus the manual stretching. Sorry :) Using the superpowers of the internet and cutting out the overhead costs of me driving to you, paying a gym to train you, etc , etc. means that you get more for your money. Using online check-in and communication tools I empower you with the same accountability and support that I would give you in-person. Without me showing up to your door at 6:30 am :). Yes! I do train clients that early. Simply put: My online clients get an almost identical level of service from me that my in-person clients do. Think of me like Siri, but giving you pushups instead of directions to your nearest pizza joint. The best part? Once I customize your strength and cardio program it's yours to keep. No more going to stinky corporate gyms with there almost unethical contracts, extortion fees, and strict no grunting rules :) All of my online agreements are month to month. You can cancel anytime, workout anytime, workout anywhere and workout in anything, but I don't need video proof in case you're wondering or offering to show me. :) Just check in and record your progress an off we go to a new you with me helping you along the way from right on your phone. I will be here in my living room, gym or car (not driving) – giving you what you need, when you need it. Every client is different from one to the next. Which mean over the course of your training you will need different things from me in terms of direction, support, and accountability and you may even spread your wings and fly further from me with your new found knowledge of health and fitness. I will miss you, :( but I will be glad I empowered you. :) With online training I'm here for you all the time, except of course when I'm sleeping :). Chris is awesome. He has gone out of his way to accommodate my ridiculous schedule as a single parent. He personalizes each workout, as well as a nutrition plan, and follows up to make sure it's something you are able to stick with. I have never worked with a personal trainer before, and I'm probably not the easiest client, but Chris is approachable and friendly and he actually listens. Signing up for a personal trainer was daunting to me, because I thought someone was going to bark orders at me, but Chris is the exact opposite. I appreciate his calm demeanor, and he is able to push me further in my workouts without treating me like an Army recruit. That might work for some people, but it definitely would've prevented me from coming back. I planned on learning just a few techniques to apply at home, and only intended on working with Chris for a week, but his level of motivation has made me change my mind, and I'm working with him once a week now to stay on task with my goals. Highly recommend him, and if the other trainers at Jones4Fitness are anything like him, don't hesitate to give them a chance.

Mariam Said has been awesome! She's flexible with my schedule, shows up to my gym, and pushes me while respecting my limits. I've left each session sore but motivated! Can't wait to continue my work with her.
