- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide great value. There will always be unlicensed and uninsured competitors that will do the work for less money but we're even competitive with those vendors and usually significantly cheaper than the larger, well-branded companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a free, written quote by email and then usually schedule the work within a day or two of the customer saying that they want it done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a college degree and 15 years of property management experience as well as decades of customer service work. I also started and sold a landscaping company over the last 10 years.
