- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Seller is the person who pays the commission. Buyers don't have to pay the commission.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet up with them for coffee, their home, or my office to see if we connect on ideas for selling or buying a home and give them a full picture of what to expect from me and what, I will expect from them so we can get the ball rolling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly educating myself with the market trends. Keller Williams offers lots of educational courses to keep us up-to-date.
