- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Most wiring, camera, and network installations are quoted as flat-rate projects after reviewing details or completing a site visit. Bundle pricing is available for multiple network drops or camera installations. For larger projects, a deposit may be required to secure scheduling and materials. Please note: If the scope of work changes during the project (additional wiring, equipment relocation, wall fishing complications, added cameras, etc.), pricing may be adjusted accordingly. Any changes are discussed and approved before proceeding. Our focus is licensed, professional, long-term solutions — not temporary fixes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we review photos, layout details, or discuss the issue by phone. If needed, we schedule a site visit. Then we provide a clear estimate with scope of work. Once approved, we schedule installation and complete the job cleanly and professionally. After installation, we test the system, configure remote access if needed, and make sure the customer understands how everything works before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a Licensed Security System Company in Maryland and Virginia and a Maryland Home Improvement Contractor (MHIC #166513). Our background includes structured cabling, network infrastructure, PoE systems, firewall configuration, and surveillance system design. We combine IT expertise with hands-on low-voltage installation experience.
