We are a professional team that prides itself on becoming better by the second and empowering those we serve to become their best. We creatively identify a personal plan that suits each student's needs and learning abilities, using progressive ideas, modern visual aids, life's experiences, and music, to name a few. American Sign Language (ASL) is a beautiful language and is primarily used by Deaf persons in American and some other areas. We communicate in ASL daily and love its expressiveness when vocal ability is limited. The Deaf community is a rich culture and is not separate from the language. We enjoy offering ASL instruction as well as offering the accessibility of language. We have learned that American Sign Language is not solely for Deaf persons, but can be effectively used when vocal ability is stressed or limited due to age, accidents, or other medical challenges.

Attending the professors class was a wonderful experience as she is passionate about what she teaches in her sign language classes. I think the lessons were easy to follow and she encourages her students and definitely wants her students to learn. She is a patient and understanding individual and devotes her time and attention to her profession. Anyone whether seasoned or novice will benefit from her expertise. I thoroughly enjoyed having her as a teacher and can't wait to take more classes from her. She meets you where you are and encourages/helps all who come in contact with her. She is definitely a wonderful teacher and encourager. All will benefit from her.

Dr. D is an amazing teacher. She always checks to make sure we’re moving at a comfortable pace for me. The assignments are challenging enough to push me into improving and learning more. Professor D is an amazing teacher. I would refer her to anyone that is serious about helping others that are Deaf or deaf. I am so happy and blessed to have had her as my professor. She is honest, pushy, and understanding. My favorite thing about Professor D is that she is pushy. She demands our best as she should, because it not only makes us better at signing, it also makes us better as people. Don't give up when she is a little tough... You will love her in the end.

I was a student in an ASL class that was taught by President Evans. She was an excellent teacher and a definite role model for anyone who wants to see how well a person, who some might have labeled as "disabled" because she couldn't hear, can excel beyond measure. She is a very caring person and sees the best in everyone. She is an encourager and a believer in the Most High God. She taught me a lot about the deaf community and also a lot of sign language. She encouraged our students to attend Deaf community activities outside of our classroom so that we would be more comfortable around deaf people. She encouraged us to use what she had taught us. Because of her, my confidence in signing has grown tremendously.

We offer individual fees, group rates and specials, and multiple sessions discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always begin with an interview of what the customer desires, the possibilities of what can happen, and then an assessment of functionality is conducted. A tutoring plan is discussed and confirmed. Multiple teaching methods are used to determine the most effective teaching plan.

We have more than 25 + years offering American Sign Language instruction for all levels and for all ages. Our experience stretches from early development centers, elementary, middle, and high schools, colleges & universities, churches, libraries, community centers, and in the corporate sector.
