Alice is an excellent and great editor with Phenomenal understanding of English literature and talent to see the story from the start to the end. Her work on my book included Developmental editing, line editing, and proofreading. She worked on my book with a passion to develop an ordinary story to an extraordinary story.
I am a first-time author, she turned my book to a page-turner. My children didn't get much interest in my book before her editing. This is what my son said after her editing. "Dad, I loved your story. I couldn't put it down. It is almost 2 am."

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we work together, there will be no surprises about the cost. Before we begin a project, we will discuss the way you will be billed, either by the hour or for the total project. We will have a contract that describes what we expect from each other. Repeat customers get a discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each client is different and unique. For some individuals, we can begin working after an initial phone call and an exchange of e-mails, including signing a contract. For others, we might meet in person and discuss the project with a follow-up with e-mails that also includes a contract that explains what the timeline will be for the project and the costs involved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have written seven of my own books, which have been commercially published. I have edited more than 200 other books. I have a master's degree in English and English education.
