Very impressed with this company! Jeremy was great to work with and did a fantastic job working on my laundry room tile and my kitchen backsplash we definitely use them again. I had asked for them to reinstall my paper towel holder after the work, and Jeremy came back the next day and took care of it even though I was out of town.

MAST came to the rescue when our townhouse was flooded by a sewage backup. They came very quickly and immediately began the mitigation process. Within a couple of days they removed all the affected floor tiles and drywall, pulled up the carpet, and took out the damaged water heater. They boxed up all the items in cabinets and closets and labeled each box with it's contents. Fortunately Matt is very knowledgeable and skilled when it comes to dealing with insurance companies and was able to navigate through a challenging situation. Once those issues were settled, he gave us a projected finish date which he and his excellent crew actually completed ahead of schedule. Their work was meticulous, paying attention to every detail. The greatest thing is that no other contractors were needed. They took care of all the plumbing and installation of the new water heater. Thank you MAST!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer financing on all projects with terms as long as 12 years.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet to review your project. A quote will be provided within 24 hours of the consultation (unless an approved design between contractor/Home Owner is required) If the project is accepted, a deposit will be taken. The job materials will be ordered & a start date will be given. Mast will not leave your residence until the job is 100% complete
