On 1/31, I started my washing machine before going to bed. By the time the rinse cycle started, I began hearing a gurgling sound come from my master bathroom that is next to the laundry room. Immediately, I saw sewage flowing into the shower and the toilet was overflowing. I don’t know how I knew, but I promptly shut off the washing machine. This stopped the overflow and limited only minimal spillage from the toilet. Overwhelmed and having never experienced this before, I swiftly researched 24hr plumbers in my area. After an hour, I gave up and fell asleep, not knowing Kenny had responded. On 2/1, I woke to missed calls and messages from Kenny. After conversing for a few minutes, he was able to come out in a couple of hours. Kenny was extremely knowledgeable and educated me while he worked. After snaking my main sewer line for 2 hours, he was able to unclog my pipes. The washing machine, toilet, and shower are now functioning properly. While this was an unexpected expense, I am extremely grateful for Kenny’s prompt communication and skill set. I know plumbing is something you don’t pinch pennies on. Hoping I never need a plumber again, but if I do, I know to call him first!
