Tech arrived on time. Completed an initial repair but waited until a full cycle of a broken dishwasher was completed before leaving the job. Found an additional problem that required a part. Ordered the part, which came in about five business days. Scheduled and installed the repair. Everything is working fine. GOOD JOB.

Mujeeb replied to my Thumbtack job (clothes dryer not heating) within minutes, and was able to schedule a next-morning repair on the spot. He arrived when he planned to, confirmed the problem quickly, and had everything fixed and working within 90 minutes. The actual repair cost was within his over-the-phonr cost range, and he was very transparent about how he split up the cost between parts and labor. Overall, I couldn't be happier!
