I was getting a periodic open/close door error on my over the range 2.1 cu. ft. Whirlpool microwave. Microwave would not start even the door was closed. Sami determined that it was not due to a defective door switch. He removed the door and thoroughly cleaned it and the sensors. Everything seems to be working for the time being. I wasn't charged an addition $75 for the service fee. His hourly rate is reasonable and would certainly use him again for appliance repair.
