- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that all of my evaluations are free but depending on how big the house is as well as the number of rooms and bathrooms the price could fluctuate. Any extra services would include the cleaning of a fridge, oven and laundry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When it comes to working with a new customer the first thing I like to do is set up a free meeting at the location to do a free evaluation of the property. This way we can meet in person and talk about some standards or any extra services that might be needed. After talking about expectations we talk about the price range and see about doing future cleanings as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Some of the training I have received would be from working in the hotel industry for 2 years. I worked during the pandemic and learned new cleaning standards to apply to the homes I have also cleaned in the past.
