Mr. Cox is amazing! My AO Smith water heater suddenly stopped working on Thanksgiving day and he was responsive. He went 1000 miles to get the parts and showed up fast, figured out the problem right away, and fixed it like a pro. Super responsive, super efficient, and really knows what he’s doing. I’m honestly so relieved and impressed. Highly recommend!

Osaro, worked on my water heater back in February 2025. It started off as a repair but ended up being a complete replacement. When the warranty company wouldn’t help me with a replacement, he went out of his way to use his own contacts to get me a free replacement, he went out of his way and picked it up , delivered and installed it and was really fair on pricing. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was honest patient helpful and did a great job. I’d recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing services
