You can't go wrong using Cox Plumbing. After days of answering all of my questions relating to the project, Osaro never lost patience or professionalism. I finally decided on replacing my water heater, rather than repairing. Osaro offered several suggestions on how to keep the cost down. He found a New water heater at a great price and installed it with no issues. Great service without a doubt. I will definitely be using Cox Plumbing in the future for other repairs. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about working with Osaro. He was polite, helpful, and absolutely expert in his field. He responded quickly and kindly, advised me of my options when my shower wasn't pumping hot water, and then came to my house the next day to fix it. A wonderful experience from start to finish, and as I told him, I will 100% contact him again the next time I have a plumbing problem in my home.

osaro was an easy choice to go with on thumbtack for my hot water heater problem, given there were a lot of contractors contacting me for my service. he was very thorough and responsive the entire time i was setting up my appointment and trying to figure out why my hot water heater wasn’t working. he came out promptly, helped me submit my warranty information to my manufacturer and walked me through the process of how he fixed my hot water heater. he even told me what to look for in case of a problem. i will definitely be using cox plumbing again in the future!

Osaro was fantastic. I will be honest, I was little hesitant in the beginning but he was responding to all of my questions. Trust started building up as we chat more. He offered to pick up my water heater if hired. I then decided to give a try. I would regret forever if I didn’t hired him. Such a friendly professional to work with.
