Had a tub that was leaking, reached out to Cox Plumbing and they responded right away stating they can be at my home to repair it! Demetri (plumber) was commutative to his exact arrival time. He diagnosed the issue within minutes upon arrival! Explained to me the two options but indicated option 1 is the issue. The price was reasonable considering you have to pay for ignorance AND peace of mind. Amazing job for the simple fact that the issue is resolved ON A SUNDAY!!

I can’t recommend Cox Plumbing highly enough. They completed a large, complex plumbing project for me that included resetting three toilets, replacing fixtures in two showers, replacing the sump pump and the main water pressure valve—all in about one day. The crew worked diligently from start to finish and were professional throughout the entire process. Their quote was very fair, the value was excellent, and there were no hidden fees or surprise charges. What really stood out, though, was their commitment to customer service after the job was finished. I noticed a couple of minor issues after completion and simply reached out to the owner. He responded quickly, came back, and resolved everything to my complete satisfaction without charging me anything extra. It’s refreshing to find a company that stands behind its work with integrity. I highly recommend Cox Plumbing and will absolutely be using them for any future plumbing needs.

He was amazing! He responded to my last-minute request incredibly quickly, arrived at the property on time, diagnosed and resolved the issue, followed up afterward, and patiently answered all of my questions. This property is an Airbnb, and he was very respectful of my guests throughout the service visit. He's actually coming back to replace elements for another of the water heaters and even offered me a discount on the work. He is flexible with payment options and does an excellent job explaining technical issues to those of us who are not particularly knowledgeable in that area. I would absolutely recommend his services and look forward to working with him again.
