Cox plumbing was very responsive and flexible with scheduling. They repaired a leak in the kitchen ceiling, replaced two hose bibs and installed a new radiator. The work was great quality and they were done in about 4 hours.

Having a water heater break is one of the more unpleasant things to deal with. I can't say enough about how I was treated, including the quick response. The defective water heater was replaced--the same day I contacted them! The work was completed with professionalism, courteousness and friendliness. The price was reasonable and whatever anxiety I felt was quickly dispelled. The part of my experience with Cox Plumbing that I won't forget was the fact that the job didn't start until about 7:30 in the evening. It was finished at about 9:00--in the evening!! That's a level of service I would have never expected. What I would have expected was to receive a message that it was too late to stop by that day given how late it would be, but that's not at all what happened. The message I got was, I'll be there. Reasonable price, excellent work, great customer service, willing to work late hours...I'll definitely be using Cox Plumbing for those remaining plumbing issues I need to take care of!
