Had a tub that was leaking, reached out to Cox Plumbing and they responded right away stating they can be at my home to repair it! Demetri (plumber) was commutative to his exact arrival time. He diagnosed the issue within minutes upon arrival! Explained to me the two options but indicated option 1 is the issue. The price was reasonable considering you have to pay for ignorance AND peace of mind. Amazing job for the simple fact that the issue is resolved ON A SUNDAY!!

The team provided work estimates and adapted to new challenges discovered with the pipe issue with reasonable costs for additional parts and minor service adjustments. Would highly recommend for plumbing related service and plan to hire them again for a subsequent fix to our homes main plumbing line. Thank you Cox plumbing for the great service!

He was amazing! He responded to my last-minute request incredibly quickly, arrived at the property on time, diagnosed and resolved the issue, followed up afterward, and patiently answered all of my questions. This property is an Airbnb, and he was very respectful of my guests throughout the service visit. He's actually coming back to replace elements for another of the water heaters and even offered me a discount on the work. He is flexible with payment options and does an excellent job explaining technical issues to those of us who are not particularly knowledgeable in that area. I would absolutely recommend his services and look forward to working with him again.
