If you need help with your Aquarium or fish tank do not hesitate to call Bryan!! I can’t say enough great things about this experience! He was so knowledgeable, professional, on time, and just awesome. He was able to clean dirty tank and educate me on what to do moving forward. He was also kind enough to help me pick out new fish for my daughter! I’m very happy with the quality service I received and will be recommending me him to all my friend and family, he will be doing my monthly cleanings for sure! Thank you again Byran!!! :)

I requested this vendor for services while I was abroad. Meaning, I entrusted my wife and kids’ safety to this vendor. He actually eased my concerns in more ways than one. Mostly so by introducing my wife to his. This was an extra step but unspeakable trust was gained. The actual service provided was second to none. I’m hoping to get on a monthly schedule in hopes of having the tank(s) healthier and hoping to continue servicing even after I return home. Back story, this gentleman, although no long in the business, was by happenstance, referred to me years back as a fantastic pool servicing contractor. This maybe TMI for some. But it was predetermined for my family to have met this gentleman!!! Thank you sir!!!

Marks was amazing. He has a great personality and was concerned about making sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Although our tank is small, it was filthy. When my husband came home he was so impressed he just stared in amazement. I told him I cleaned the tank. Lol Don’t judge me. Lol If you need brownie points, you should let Mark clean your tank was well. Thank you so much Mark. I will be using Mark’s services from this moment going forward.

Bryan did an excellent job cleaning and restoring my aquatic turtle aquarium to life and beauty. He was very punctual, arriving before our appt and waiting respectfully outside until the appt was to start. He was very gentle with our turtle, placing in a safe container while he worked on the tank. He had all of his own equipment for emptying and refilling the tank once it was clean. He serviced the filter and readjusted the settings and positioning to improve the filtration. He also gave me good suggestions for easy ongoing maintenance. I am immensely thankful for his professionalism, quality service and positive customer interaction. I intend to continue to use his services to ensure our pet has a healthy and thriving environment.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start by listening to our customers needs and try to educate.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I personally grew up having all kinds of aquatic pets, reptiles, birds, dogs and cats. My father loved all animals but I fell in love with aquatic animals. I saw that it could be a challenge for people that either didn't have the time but enjoyed the aquarium or wanted to have an aquarium but didn't have the knowledge. I saw that it could be a service I could provide and so here I am...Aquatic Keepers!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our business has grown over the pass 15 years providing services for a very diverse community of customers, from the commercial industry to the private home owners. We have seen a lot in a short time and looking forward to expanding.
