- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and taught at Johns Hopkins in the Carey Business School for seven years. I am always in continuous improvement mode, as is every business owner.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
People development, process improvement and performance management is what I have been doing for a Fortune 50 International company for 30 years. I would like to bring that experience to the small and mid-size business owner.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
People management, process re-engineering and bottom line cost. This can be accomplished through various training programs, methods and measurement and ensuring that the business owner has the tools to be efficient and cost effective.
