- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat rate price, a reasonable service fee to come out in the form of a trip charge/diagnostic fee, then a flat rate price for the repair which we will quote the customer before repair is performed
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a flat rate price to come out to evaluate, from there we check system for issues and problems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
National Apprenticeship, CFC certified nationally recognized, college graduate.
