- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the need of the job. I typically like to come diagnosis the concern in order to give an appropriate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first ask the appropriate questions about the customer's HVAC concern. Then, I will provide a diagnostic test at a small fee. Next, I will communicate with the customer what needs to occur in order to get the unit running successfully and provide a reasonable quote. When completing the job, I will inform the customer of the work done in order to make sure the customer is fully satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed a five year Apprenticeship program through Local 602. I earned Journeyman's license in DC/MD/and VA. I am also CFC certified.
