John was fantastic from start to finish. He responded immediately to my project with an assessment and a very reasonable quote. He arrived promptly the next morning and quickly determined that the issue was actually with the sewer line. He explained what he found and the necessary price adjustment, which was still extremely reasonable and less than I’ve paid in the past for similar work, and he did a better job.
While working in my basement, John also noticed a hose that was showing signs it could fail soon. He pointed it out, explained the issue, and replaced it for me. I really appreciated his attention to detail.
John was pleasant, informative, considerate, and, most importantly, he felt honest. No unnecessary upselling and no dragging out the job. He came, diagnosed the problem, did the work well, and was done.
