John did an outstanding job replacing my waterheater. He was prompt, honest, and took the time to explain every step of the process. His pricing was fair and reasonable, especially compared to major retail plumbing companies that quoted me nearly three times the price without taking the time to educate me or explain what was needed.
During the installation, John noticed my waterheater was missing an expansion tank and a vent. He gladly installed both and clearly explained why they were important for the safety, performance, and longevity of the system.
He also identified another issue that no one else had pointed out. He explained that copper pipes should not come into direct contact with certain metals because it can cause galvanic corrosion (oxidation), which was the reason my copper pipes had turned green. Rather than leaving the problem, he replaced all of the affected copper piping and made sure everything was installed correctly to prevent future issues.
What impressed me most was his attention to detail and the meticulous care he put into every aspect of the installation. He was polite, courteous, respectful of my home, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving.
John also took the time to teach me more about my home's plumbing system, which I truly appreciated. It's rare to find someone who is not only highly skilled but also willing to educate their customers. His honesty, craftsmanship, and professionalism are second to none.
