Jay was amazing and got our problems fixed right away. He diagnosed the situation forstwhich is always a plus. There have been many times we have had technicians come out and they try to fix the problem and they "fix" something that's not even the issue and we end up having to pay more. Jay was patient and got to the root of the problem. He also answered all of our questions. My wife may have asked too many questions but he was always professional and took his time to explain.
