They could complete the work they set out to do, do better and more professional work. I had to take down the work they did as the drywall framing was not leveled or appropriate. In two weeks time they managed to put up one closet wall, and did not finish. They tried to nickel and dime me, saying that something we agreed to was going to cost me more. Then they stopped work, keeping the deposit (more than half of the quoted total). They never returned my condo key and key fob.
