Thank you for your feedback. We take all customer concerns seriously and would like to provide additional context. This project involved repairing a compromised roof deck, and as work progressed, underlying issues were discovered that required correction to ensure the job was completed properly. While this did extend the timeline, these steps were necessary to deliver a safe and lasting result. We acknowledge there were scheduling adjustments during the project, some of which were due to circumstances outside of our control, including a family emergency. Despite this, we remained committed, returned to address all concerns, and ensured that the work was ultimately corrected and completed. As outlined in our agreement, we ask that all project-related communication be directed through our office to maintain clarity and consistency. In this case, communication was often handled directly with a team member, which contributed to the miscommunication experienced during the project. While we appreciate the acknowledgment that the repairs were completed, we respectfully disagree with the overall characterization, as the final work reflects the agreed scope and standards. We remain committed to delivering quality workmanship and are always available to address any further questions or concerns.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. The project ended due to scope changes that went beyond the original agreement. Keys were left in the unit when Secure Home concluded the contract. We remain committed to professionalism and quality service for all of our clients.
