AC Nova was one of the first to respond to my project. Upon reaching out, they immediately provided set pricing with worse case scenario, and placed me on their schedule.
On the day of repair, the guys showed up promptly at 9. They performed the work in a timely and professional manner. They provided me pictures before and after so I was able to see exactly what needed to be repaired.
What I liked (and respected most) is that they only repaired what needed to be repaired. They did not try to scam me or push additional services that were not needed. They provided quality work that far exceed its value!
Last, each time I called with a question or request, the call was answered by a human being, even after 8 at night. There was never a time that I had to leave a message or go through a switchboard, including the times prior to me actually hiring them. Customer service at its finest!
I highly recommend hiring this company for all of your roofing needs.

The team came in a took care of everything. This is my first experience with having different areas to repair but AC nova took the time to explain everything to me and I felt at easy. When I say they are ready for the job, day or night, they are ready. All of my questions were answered and the team did not waste time getting the job done. My husband and I are so pleased with our new gutters and roofrepair. My husband wasn’t able to do the work himself. We found AC Nova and the guys came right in and fixed a part of the roof that was leaking into our daughter’s bedroom. Turns out it was a plumbing issue! The team fixed it ALL in one swoop!!
