Southside Plumbing recently installed a dishwasher for me (removing and disposing of the old one in the process). They were flexible with scheduling and coordinating the install with the delivery of the new dishwasher from HomeDepot. They were extremely responsive, punctual, professional and overall a pleasure to work with. I will definitely call Southside Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

We hired Southside to do some plumbing work in conjunction with another contractor. It required flexibility and timing, and everything turned out well. We encountered other issues (leaks, older than expected pipes, etc) that were handled seamlessly. Above all we got great value. In past projects we’ve experienced a bit of price gouging from other plumbers. Southside did the opposite; with the great cost we were concerned the quality would suffer. Not the case, we were pleasantly surprised with the total value. Would highly recommend.

James made my 1st “Plumbing” Thumbtack project GREAT: replacement of a 18 yr old kitchen faucet. He was very responsive and timely in communicating; arrived 10 minutes early. James followed my requests and was incredibly respectful of my time. Additionally, he did not mind my inquisitive line of plumbing questions...I often like to understand how things function.
